Grief Coaching & Support

What Support Can Look Like
One-on-One Grief Support
Individual, non-clinical grief coaching and support for adults navigating life after loss. Sessions are conversational, personal, and centered around what you need — without pressure, judgment, or a timeline for healing.
Support may be helpful if you:
• Are grieving the loss of someone important to you
• Feel overwhelmed, stuck, or misunderstood
• Are navigating changes in relationships, routines, or identity after loss
• Want a place to talk openly about your grief
• Want practical support without being told to “move on”
What sessions can include:
• One-on-one virtual support
• Conversation and reflection
• Practical coping tools
• Support with routines, boundaries, and everyday life after loss
• Space to honor your grief while figuring out what moving forward looks like for you
Grief coaching is non-clinical support and is not therapy or a replacement for mental-health treatment.

Healing in Pieces Project

Mission Statement
Healing in Pieces Project exists to walk alongside people in grief with compassion, honesty, and realness. We believe healing doesn’t happen all at once — it comes together in pieces.
Inspired by the life and loss of my sister, Sarah, this work is rooted in lived experience and a deep understanding that grief is personal. There is no timeline, no “right way” to grieve, and no expectation to simply move on.
Through non-clinical grief support, coaching, community, and practical tools, we create space for people to honor their loss, navigate the changes grief brings, and learn how to move forward while still making space for their grief.

You are allowed to move through grief at your own pace —
healing in pieces and not all at once.
