Healing in Pieces Project

Mission Statement
Healing in Pieces Project exists to walk alongside people in grief with compassion, honesty, and realness. We believe healing doesn’t happen all at once — it comes together in pieces.
Inspired by the life and loss of my sister, Sarah, this work is rooted in lived experience and a deep understanding that grief is personal. There is no timeline, no “right way” to grieve, and no expectation to simply move on.
Through non-clinical grief support, coaching, community, and practical tools, we create space for people to honor their loss, navigate the changes grief brings, and learn how to move forward while still making space for their grief.
